DTF Ink is used to print to DTF Film via DTF printers. DTF Ink is a new technology for garments heat transfer——digital heat transfer.DTF ink can be transferred to a variety of textiles and fabrics as well as other substrates.
Our DTF Ink is a kind of water-based paint ink,which belongs to water-based ink.The DTF ink is applicable to all kinds of EPSON printers. The DTF ink disperse on the the surface of fabric,leather and other objects under high temperature heating.
Process
Digital printing (color first,then white) → apply powder → shake powder → pre-drying → fully dry (temperature: 160-180℃,time: 40seconds) → pressing (temperature: 160-180℃,time: 10 seconds)
Features
- White ink has strong hiding power and good whiteness.
- White ink and color ink have good compatibility,and can print larger amounts of white ink and color ink without interpenetration.
- White ink and color ink printed on the heat transfer film has high color density without white return,and colors are very bright.
- After heat transfer printing,it has a soft touch,good stretch-ability and resilience.
- High wet,dry rubbing and washing color fastness ,and high resistance to perspiration (degree 4 or higher).
